Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler for a large distribution warehouse in Roanoke, TX. Full-Time Pay-$16.00 1st Shift: M-F 6am-2:30pm.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lifting 40-50 pounds
• Must be able to move around a warehouse shipping and receiving environment 90% of the time.
• Needs to often twist, stoop, crouch, reach about shoulders and below knees
• Needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Duties may include:

• Performing administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of materials and finished goods
• Communicating and coordinating with transportation companies; handling routine questions and problems;
• Maintaining open communication with other departments through the shipping/delivery cycle
• Confirming the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of materials and goods;
• Logging order information into systems; filing and distributing paperwork as necessary;
• Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other areas.
