This role requires travel between our Harrisburg and Carlisle offices, as well as visits to local clients and community events.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in helping candidates find meaningful employment while supporting our clients' workforce needs. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and create exceptional experiences for candidates, associates, and clients alike.

• Source, recruit, place, and develop top talent across a variety of industries.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and community partners.
• Identify hiring challenges and proactively develop solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Expand business opportunities by uncovering additional client needs and promoting talent to new customers.
• Stay informed on local workforce trends and labor market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Serve as a trusted staffing advisor for both candidates and clients.

Your Typical Day

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified talent.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process, from application to placement.
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and community outreach activities to grow brand awareness and talent pipelines.
• Visit client locations regularly and conduct onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts.
• Host hiring events and job fairs throughout the market.
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate information in ATS systems.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency. Comfortable engaging with candidates, clients, and community organizations. Willingness and ability to travel between Harrisburg and Carlisle offices, client sites, and recruiting events. Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or human resources experience is a plus.
