Qualifications Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred 1 Year experience as a Registered Nurse Required, 5 years of nursing preferred, not required Sedation abilities preferred, not required RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support- highly preferred upon hire PALS- highly preferred upon hire A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
