Traveler Interventional Radiology Nurse

Traveler must be willing to perform or RN duties (within scope of practice) in interventional radiology unit. Scheduling accommodations will not be considered for this need (10/12hr shifts). Please do not upload travelers to this need who will not work the posted shift.

The surgery department specializes in the surgical treatment of a broad spectrum of clinical conditions. Having highly skilled surgeons with special interests allows us to offer a wide variety of endocrine, breast and oncologic surgical procedures, as well as gastrointestinal and colon and rectal (both open and laparoscopic), and hepatobiliary procedures.

Traveler must have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!! No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks (if scheduled/needed):

• Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after
• Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
• New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

Non-billable orientation: 0 multipliers (OT, holiday): 1.25%

• Minimum 2 years or experience - [required]
• Must be willing to work cases in the IR space at Cheshire
• Scrubbing experience strongly preferred. Scrub or RN's will receive first consideration for offer
• Multiple surgical specialty experience - required
• BLS AHA - required
• NH RN license or compact - required
• EPIC experience - required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/all RTO must be included in profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
