The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend suitable coverage options

· Strong sales experience

· This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend suitable coverage options

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly

· Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

· Insurance Producer License (Property & Casualty) (Required)

· ABILITY TO COMMUTE TO OFFICE

· Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. -

· Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers

· Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations

· Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets

· Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
