Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a leading energy utility company supporting customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you'll help customers understand their energy usage, resolve billing concerns, and educate them on programs that can reduce energy costs and improve energy efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call center or customer service experience who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account concerns, and service-related questions
• Analyze energy usage patterns and explain findings to customers
• Educate customers on energy conservation programs and cost-saving solutions
• Promote renewable energy and energy-efficiency initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals and service metrics
• Document customer interactions and account updates accurately

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls

Preferred:

• Utility industry experience
• CRM experience
• Sales or upselling experience
• Billing support or account resolution experience

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
