What You'll Do

• Provide diagnostic assessments and medication management for patients with mental health conditions
• Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments
• Review and order lab work; interpret biopsychosocial data
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Serve as a client advocate and resource for patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with all professional standards and organizational policies

What You Need

• Valid Iowa RN license and licensure as an ARNP
• Certified as a Clinical Specialist/NP by ANCC or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mental health treatments and psychotropic medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle multiple priorities
