Autism Support Specialist - Entry Level

Responsibilities Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children. Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives. Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes. Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan. Work with children to champion continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness. Celebrate victories (both big and small!) and help kids and families celebrate milestones. Required Skills At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent.
