Retail Customer Service Representative

Shentel is hiring a retail customer service representative in our Oakland, MD Shentel store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

• Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission

• Work schedule: M-F, 8a 5p with occasional overtime

You worked hard for the following:

• Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
• Your high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience

We are looking for motivated individuals who love a challenge and are ready to meet and exceed their goals.

Compensation includes:

• Salary range $14 - $15.82 per hour base pay
• Position is commission eligible
