Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department in daily operations, client coordination, and strategic follow-ups. This role is essential for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales materials with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings as needed.
Maintain and update client records, documentation, and internal reports.
Support sales initiatives by organizing data, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth project and client management.

Qualifications
