Maintenance Manager

Summary CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC Ft Rucker, AL The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing maintenance operations. Responsibilities Perform required technical inspections and input all required data in the applicable LIS. Responsible for coordinating all maintenance, repair, and installation work at large complexes or buildings. Will oversee the maintenance and repairs of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum five 5 years of supervisory experience and related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
