Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technician to support a high-performing cardiac catheterization lab in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves assisting with a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and equipment
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to clinical needs
• Perform imaging and support fluoroscopic procedures
• Document procedures using Epic electronic medical records
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Procedures Include:

• Coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Peripheral vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Cardiac arrhythmia treatments
• Permanent pacemaker placements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• ARRT certification (required)
• Fluoroscopy Permit (must be applied for at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular procedures
