This role will support financial operations across multiple entities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, strengthening controls, and contributing to a growing organization.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Newly created role with room for growth• Opportunity to support process improvement, internal controls, and audit readiness• Growing company expanding organically and through acquisitions• Collaborative accounting team environmentKey Responsibilities:• Review accounting activity across balance sheet and operating accounts to ensure accuracy and strong controls• Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and account analyses• Support consolidation and reporting across multiple entities, brands, and locations• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and external audit activities• Help improve accounting processes, documentation, templates, and systems• Train and support team members on accounting procedures, systems, and best practicesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred• 4–5 years of accounting, finance, consulting, or related analytical experience• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet review• Experience supporting multi-entity accounting and ERP systems; Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail• Professional, dependable, ethical, and able to manage confidential information• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skillsCompensation and Schedule:• Permanent salary range: $80,000–$100,000 annually• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM• In-office Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, employee assistance program, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Jennifer Green Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
