Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN – Georgia

Schedule: Weekend coverage Friday-Sunday rotation; Call required (typically one weekday per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks); Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed

Highlights:

• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position with comprehensive case mix including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, vascular procedures, and thoracic surgery
• Epic charting system experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• Patient ratio of 1:1 providing focused, high-quality perioperative care
• Holiday coverage expected; availability required for major holidays during assignment period
• Limited time-off requests accepted (maximum 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at submission)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience
• Current Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures including scrub experience
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Full compliance required prior to start date; all documents due Tuesday before orientation
