The Company is seeking a Deputy Executive Director to join its nonpartisan, volunteer-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for fundraising in a specific focus area, which may include grants, individual giving, data management, or a sustainer program. The Deputy Executive Director will work closely with the Co-Executive Directors and other senior leaders to ensure programmatic excellence, engage with partner organizations and funders, and expand fundraising activities to support the company's operations. Applicants for the Deputy Executive Director position at the company should have a proven track record in leadership, coaching, and relationship management, with at least 1 year of management experience. The role requires an individual with a strong background in fundraising, the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, and a commitment to data-driven program evaluation. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
