Job Details Location: Skilled Nursing at Sundance Inn Health Center - New Braunfels, TX 78130 Position: Full Time LVN Charge Nurse Responsibilities Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure. Observe, assess and report patient conditions/changes and document them in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies, Procedures, and state/federal guidelines and regulations. Document patient assessment, evaluation, and changes of condition in the EMR in accordance with nursing practices. Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain patients’ highest practical well‑being.
