UiPath Automation Lead

IDR is seeking a UiPath Automation Lead to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, TX.  This role involves overseeing enterprise-level UiPath automation platforms and leading a team to drive robotic process automation initiatives within a prominent industry organization. The position offers a unique chance to lead automation efforts, establish governance, and collaborate on innovative automation solutions.

Position Overview for the UiPath Automation Lead:

• Own and administer the enterprise UiPath platform, including governance, security, licensing, upgrades, and operational support.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation technologies.
• Establish, mature, and lead an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize automation delivery and governance.
• Lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver automation projects and develop best practices.

Requirements for the UiPath Automation Lead:

• 7 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems support, software development, automation delivery, or related technology roles.
• 5 years of experience facilitating workshops and gathering business, functional, and technical requirements.
• 5 years experience leading complex technology implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• 4 years of development experience in RPA development with UiPath.
• 4 years of experience administering UiPath Orchestrator and enterprise UiPath environments.
