Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient position available in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves providing acute care therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations. The position is scheduled for days, with a standard workweek of 40 hours, starting on August 3, 2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid New Mexico Nurse (NM) license or pending license (ETA 2-3 weeks), 1 year of experience in physical therapy, BLS certification, experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and proficiency with various equipment such as crutches, gait belts, prosthetics, shoulder slings, and mobility devices
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit. Once contract is signed, traveler is expected to go in for labs within 48 business hours (please notify at the time of submittal if any reasons for compliance delays are foreseen)
• Additional Information: The assignment requires completion of modules during onsite orientation, with hours recorded via transcripts. The daily census is approximately 175 patients, with about 8 visits per day.
