Job Summary:

Position: RN Intermediate/Step Down (Pulmonary Thoracic - 648A Unit)
Shift: 7pm-7am, variable schedule
Location: No local candidates within 50 miles
Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent experience in pulmonary thoracic/step-down specialty required
Certifications Required:
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS
AHA ACLS
Preferred Certification: NIHSS
Patient Population:
Intermediate medical patients
High-risk respiratory cases
Cardiac thoracic surgery
Hepatobiliary surgery
Head and neck surgery
Variety of patient types
Patient Care Responsibilities:
Care for patients on room air (RA), BiPAP, or Optiflow
Holiday Requirements:
Must work 2 major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
Must work 1 minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
Compliance with all required certifications and hospital policies

Med Ninjas Job ID #19291. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
