We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Finance Analyst to manage commission payment processes. This role serves as a trusted partner for external accounts, balancing relationship management, financial reconciliation, and process improvement. The position involves overseeing commission payment operations, resolving discrepancies, and supporting onboarding activities to drive operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commission payment processes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by reconciling financial information and identifying root causes.
• Support onboarding activities for new external partner accounts.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure process documentation and compliance standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer or account management.
• Experience with payment, commission, invoicing, or financial operations processes.
• Analytical and investigative skills for financial reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience streamlining workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Finance or Accounting Operations.
• Background in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of commission processing or billing administration.
• Experience in Customer Service Operations.
• Background in the Travel, Hospitality, Meetings & Events, or Hotel industry.
