This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives on hitting goals, and communicates clearly and confidently on the phone. Consistency and strong work ethic are key — your performance directly impacts your earning potential. Responsibilities Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner Qualify leads and complete warm transfers to the sales team Maintain accurate notes and follow internal call processes Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment Compensation $15/hour for the first 60 days, then $16/hour Weekly Transfer Bonus: 0–25 transfers: $10 26–40 transfers: $15 41+ transfers: $25 Anticipated annual compensation: $45,000–$80,000+ depending on performance What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment Consistent, reliable, and goal-driven Coachable and motivated by performance-based earnings About Our Agency We value hardworking individuals who want to grow, stay connected, and make an impact.
