ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPERLocation: Washington, VACompensation: $85,000–$95,000 + comprehensive benefits + potential relocation assistanceBefore applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.We are hiring on behalf of a luxury five-star hospitality property for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper and oversee daily housekeeping operations.This is a strong leadership opportunity with potential to step into the Executive Housekeeper position in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a housekeeping team of 10+ employees.Oversee guest room and public area cleanliness and luxury service standards.Manage scheduling, labor costs, budgets, inventory and purchasing.Conduct regular inspections and ensure consistent quality standards.Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and F&B to support the overall guest experience.Handle hiring, training, coaching and performance management.Step in to lead the department during the Executive Housekeeper's absence.Ideal Candidate3–5+ years of progressive housekeeping experience, including management/supervisory experience.Experience leading and developing a housekeeping team.Strong understanding of luxury hotel housekeeping standards.Experience with labor management, budgeting and inventory control.Highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented. xhyhwjd Luxury, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond or comparable experience preferred.BenefitsHealth, dental and vision insurancePaid time offRetirement savings planEmployee dining programProfessional development opportunitiesPotential relocation assistance
