We are a 194-bed, county-owned skilled nursing facility with a simple mission: You are why we're here. Our Core Values Create a Positive Environment — We greet, encourage, and show up for one another every day. Elevate Growth — We welcome change, recognize achievement, and invest in goals. Bring Joy! — We celebrate, laugh, and make it our mission to be the reason someone smiles today. Cultivate Comfort — We build a place that feels like home, where lasting relationships are the norm, not the exception.
