To drive partner-sourced revenue and expand market reach, the full-time VP of Strategic Partnerships will manage the entire partner lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to negotiating commercial terms and developing joint go-to-market strategies, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identify and recruit strategic channel partners, negotiating agreements to build a qualified pipeline Develop partner-specific go-to-market strategies and enablement plans to equip partners for success Drive revenue by maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline and tracking joint KPIs through quarterly business reviews Required qualifications 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales Deep understanding of the digital asset/cryptocurrency and payments ecosystem Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year strategic partnerships Experience designing partner commercial models and scaling partner GTM enablement programs Strong executive presence with negotiation skills to engage with partner C-suite and stakeholders
