Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Design Technology

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Anticipated Start Date: July 2026

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time

SAP BTP Labs is an R&D group focused on future-oriented solutions that shape the next generation of enterprise software. Our team already includes several ITP alumni who are leading Design Tech efforts on various innovative projects. We value the ITP mindset and are looking for more creative technologists to join us!

What You’ll Bring

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies — especially artificial intelligence — paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative.

• Technical Skills: Have experience in 1-2 programming languages/libraries such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Framer, p5.js, d3.js, Three.js, or Unreal/Unity.
• 3D & Data Viz: Have a passion for (and preferably experience in) data visualization or 3D experience design.
• Design Tools: Are proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• AI & Prototyping: Have experience with AI-related projects and understand rapid prototyping and user-testing best practices.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 31-56 USD . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
