FedEx Delivery Driver Position: Delivery Driver Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: Performance-Based Pay CDL Required: No Location: Ellenwood, GA Job Overview We are looking for dependable, motivated, and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering packages for FedEx routes. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, staying active, working independently, and completing daily delivery routes efficiently. No CDL is required. Previous professional delivery experience is preferred but not required. Experience with companies or platforms such as Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Amazon Delivery, Instacart, courier services, package delivery, or other driving-related positions is considered relevant experience. Compensation This position uses a performance-based pay structure, meaning drivers have the opportunity to earn more based on the number of stops successfully completed each day. Training Pay: (Confirm with the recruiter about the pay in training) Example Production Pay: 75 stops/day — approximately $105/day / $525 per week 100 stops/day — approximately $130/day / $650 per week 125 stops/day — approximately $155/day / $775 per week 150 stops/day — approximately $180/day / $900 per week 175 stops/day — approximately $205/day / $1,025 per week 200 stops/day — approximately $230/day / $1,150 per week 225 stops/day — approximately $255/day / $1,275 per week 250 stops/day — approximately $280/day / $1,400 per week Actual earnings depend on route volume, completed stops, attendance, performance, and other applicable requirements. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle throughout the assigned route Deliver packages accurately and efficiently Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions Load, organize, and handle packages throughout the workday Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws Maintain responsibility for the assigned vehicle and delivery equipment Complete the assigned route within expected performance standards Communicate professionally with supervisors and dispatch when necessary Qualifications Valid driver's license No CDL required Good driving record Reliable and responsible Strong attendance and punctuality Professional appearance Positive attitude Comfortable working independently Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle repeatedly throughout the day Able to safely handle packages associated with normal delivery operations Good communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: FedEx Delivery Amazon Delivery UPS Delivery Uber / Uber Eats DoorDash Instacart Courier or Messenger Services Food Delivery Package Delivery Route Driver Delivery Driver Van Driver Local Driver Customer Service You do not need previous FedEx experience to be considered.
