Evening Crew Member

Location: 917 Georgia Rd, Franklin, NC, 28734 IDH Alliance, DUNKIN’ is currently hiring PM Crew Members who has availability to work either 12pm-5pm or 2pm-9:30pm to join our team! Overview Crew Members are generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Responsibilities Include Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems Follow food safety standards Prepare food and beverages Assemble and package orders Understand the restaurant menu, including limited time offers, promotions, and be able to answer guest questions Maintain a clean and organized workstation Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests Serve and communicate with guests Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to change Guest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
