Lead Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical system designs and engineering deliverables for commercial projects.

• Coordinate with detailing, project management, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Produce calculations, equipment selections, and submittal documentation.

• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction.

• Support continuous improvement of engineering standards and design templates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related engineering role within commercial mechanical, HVAC, or construction.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, healthcare, data center, life science, or institutional projects.
