Performance Engineer- NVH (Noise, Vibration, & Harshness)

Our client, an industry leader in automotive engineering, is seeking a Performance Engineer to join their team. As a Performance Engineer, you will be part of the NVH (Noise, Vibration, & Harshness) development department supporting vehicle performance optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Performance Engineer-NVH (Noise, Vibration, & Harshness) Location Auburn Hills, Michigan Pay Range $25 - 26/hr What's the Job? Establish NVH enablers to meet program targets for Road Noise, Body Structure, Isolation, and Ride Comfort Coordinate NVH benchmarking, standardized testing, and target setting activities Monitor vehicle performance and escalate NVH concerns as necessary Report status regularly in management forums and program gates Ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle DVP and technical issue resolution What's Needed? ABET‑accredited bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Experience with Chassis/Body Structure/Mounts Design and Ride Comfort tuning At least 1 year of NVH engineering experience Proven problem‑solving skills and leadership ability Proficiency with NVH analysis software such as LMS, Head Acoustics, B&K What's in it for me?
