$125,000 - $212,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in real estate transactions.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Participate in property showings to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.
• Support the team in preparing and reviewing real estate documents and contracts.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting listings through various channels.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, fostering a supportive and learning-focused environment.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and commitment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment, embracing new challenges.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote listings effectively.
• Basic understanding of real estate principles, with a desire to deepen your knowledge through training and mentorship.
