Now Hiring – Car Wash Attendants & Customer Service Representatives

EZ Clean Express is currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our team at our Trenton location in Edinburg, Texas .

We are hiring for:

Car Wash Attendants
Car Wash Attendants are responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the car wash and helping us consistently provide great customer service, perfectly clean vehicles, and a clean and attractive facility.

Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing friendly, professional service to our customers, assisting with wash selections and memberships, answering questions, and helping ensure every customer has a positive experience.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Be available to address customer questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Assist customers with wash options, memberships, and other services as needed.
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently into the wash tunnel.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before entering the wash.
• Prep vehicles to help produce a clean vehicle coming out of the tunnel — “No Bug Left Behind.”
• Maintain a sense of urgency while completing assigned duties.
• Keep the property, customer areas, vacuum stations, and work areas clean and organized.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses properly hung, and trash cans emptied.
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of car wash equipment as assigned.
• Become familiar with and follow company policies and procedures.
• Work cooperatively with fellow team members.
• Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time — with both customers and teammates.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers entering the property.
• Explain available wash packages, services, and membership options.
• Assist customers with membership purchases, questions, and account-related concerns.
• Promote car wash memberships and help convert single-wash customers into membership customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and seek management assistance when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional customer service area.

Job Requirements

• Dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions when assigned to attendant duties.
• Ability to conduct all interactions with customers and fellow employees professionally and ethically.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Starting at $11.00 per hour
