Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support patient care. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of treatment planning, and billing insurance, and be familiar with how dental implants are done.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
Handle billing and insurance verification, with a focus on implant cases
Support treatment planning and collaborate with clinical staff
Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk
