The candidate will drive end-to-end solution delivery, modernization initiatives, and compensation transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Varicent ICM implementations and enhancements, including design, development, testing, and production supportDrive ICM SaaS migration programs, including assessment, migration strategy, execution, and post-go-live stabilizationCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate agent compensation rules and commission structures into scalable ICM solutionsEnsure accuracy and validation of complex compensation calculations across Life & Annuity productsDefine and implement data validation, reconciliation, and ETL frameworks for ICM platformsLead cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and manage delivery governance, risks, and stakeholder communicationPartner with product and business teams to ensure seamless alignment between legacy and SaaS-based ICM solutionsPreferred Skills & Experience17+ years of IT experience with strong delivery leadership capabilitiesDeep expertise in:5+ yr Varicent ICM (Comp) and Varicent ELT development5 + yrs Designing and implementing Sales Compensation systemsProven experience in:5 +yr Migrating Varicent ICM On-Prem to SaaS platformsLeading large-scale ICM SaaS transformation programsStrong understanding of:Life Insurance domain, including Agency/Agent compensation modelsEnd-to-end insurance systems (Policy Admin, New Business, Compensation, Portals)Hands-on experience in:SQL, ETL, and data modelingIntegration with upstream/downstream systemsExperience working with global teams and managing complex, multi-stream programsPreferred QualificationsVaricent Certification (V10 or higher)Strong domain certification (e.g., LOMA/ALMI)Experience in cloud environments and modern data platformsAgile/Scrum leadership experience.Basic QualificationsMinimum 8 years Data Intelligence experienceNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $122,648-$204,412. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
