Work Environment\n

This role offers a telehealth work setting, which enables you to conduct therapy sessions remotely, providing you with the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistency in client care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to the specific needs of clients seeking stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors and therapeutic goals, and customize mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to effectively address each client’s mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to create integrated treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client progress, interventions, and treatment strategies while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to further refine expertise in mindfulness practices, engaging in personal mindfulness routines and self-reflection sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and other mental health disorders. By emphasizing mindfulness techniques, you will help clients develop practical coping strategies, cultivate emotional resilience, and foster self-discovery, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Strong foundational training in mindfulness practices is preferred but not strictly required; however, proficiency in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic methodologies is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and maintain a calming and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
