Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay informed about advancements in speech-language pathology techniques and technologies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
