Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Duties:

Conduct patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective treatment outcomes
Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Stay informed about advancements in speech-language pathology techniques and technologies

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
