B2B Collections Specialist Client in the transportation and heavy equipment industry is seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to assist with managing aging accounts, resolving payment issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Salary is $50-$60k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE B2B COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:
- The B2B Collections Specialist will manage a portfolio of business accounts and follow up on aging balances through calls and emails
- The B2B Collections Specialist will investigate short pays, account discrepancies, and billing issues to determine resolution
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments and customers to resolve outstanding account concerns
- Maintain detailed account documentation and provide updates regarding collection activity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE B2B COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
- 2+ years of B2B collections experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Intermediate Excel skills required
