Experience: Minimum 2 years in PCU; travel nursing experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide bedside care to patients within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1 nurse to 5 patients
• Utilize skills in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Document patient care efficiently using Epic system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and coordinate patient care plans
• Adapt to floating within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact licensure
• ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in PCU or similar unit

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills
• Ability to float within similar patient care settings
