Charge Nurse RN – Full-Time Days

Pay: $35.10–$39.89/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour Day Shift (6:00am–6:00pm)

Charge Nurse RN Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs/STNAs in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and clinical oversight
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and care plans
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, state regulations, and documentation requirements
• Promote a team-based approach to resident care and patient outcomes

RN Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Ohio
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
