Schedule: 7:00am - 7:00pm Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of cases: General neurology hospitalist cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Board Certification, Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and Basic life support (BLS) Active Illinois license and state of residence license required
