For more information, find us on the web at greenworkstools.com or greenworkscommercial.com Position Summary: Reporting to the Director, Creative Services, the Graphic Designer will be in Mooresville, NC. This position within the Marketing Department is responsible for the implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. The Graphic Designer will focus on the core responsibilities of a Graphic Designer, while having knowledge of brand, market trends, and innovation along with completing projects from conception to completion. The position will work with internal teams to develop design concepts for multiple design mediums and channels from retail, ecommerce to advertising and promotion. Required to manage digital assets including photography and assume project ownership as it relates to assigned projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize brand guidelines to ensure consistent and creative design and messaging to develop promotional marketing materials Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on sound design and esthetic layout design principles Develops digital materials for PDP pages at key retailers Works on retailer advertising programs as assigned Develops in-store POP and collateral for effective brand presentation Collateral development for tradeshows and other marketing events Design and production of various marketing collaterals including catalogs, brochures, flyers, sell sheets, trade show banners and displays, signage, logos, labels for products, presentations, and photo manipulation, and other design and production initiatives Utilize project management system to drive and execute projects Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred in graphic design or related field Ability to work with multiple stakeholders Fundamental understanding of marketing and branding Proficient skills in creating and producing advertising for print, web and email Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures Capable of working from a developed concept and translating/ adapting that concept into other mediums such as print collateral, web pages, emails, etc. Basic knowledge of 3D construction and presentation is a plus Familiarity with online project management system a plus Knowledge of photography and video a plus Copywriting/proofreading skill a plus Core Competencies Organized, reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks Multi-tasker, capable of prioritizing, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines Collaborates well with multiple teams Comfortable with technology and a fast learner Strong verbal and written communications skills Compensation and Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage 401k company match plan Paid sick, personal, and vacation time Important Employment Requirement: Candidates selected for employment must successfully complete Greenworks' required pre-employment background check and drug screening.
