Job Description & Requirements HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week (or 48 hours if 4 x 12's chosen) Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights Employment Type: Travel Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. HOLIDAYS as required. Every other weekend. This position is eligible for 48 hours GTD if your candidate chooses 4 x 12's. Our Emergency Departments offer comprehensive emergency medical services to all age groups and are staffed 24/7 by a highly trained team to meet the needs of the community. The Regional Medical Center Emergency Department is a 54-bed state designated Level III Trauma Center and a Level II Stroke Center. It treats over 60,000 patients per year. Our nurse-to-patient ratio ranges from 1:1 for critical/trauma patients to 1:3-4 for all other patients. Education Associated degree in nursing.
