Senior Paralegal - Entity Management

A highly regarded private investment platform focused on the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its legal and compliance team. Known for its disciplined investment approach and long‑term partnerships, the firm manages a diverse portfolio of businesses across essential industries. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in supporting complex corporate structures and transaction activity. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee entity formation, structuring, and lifecycle management across multiple jurisdictions Prepare and file organizational documents (formations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, and annual filings) Maintain corporate records, minute books, and governance documentation Support investment transactions, restructurings, and ongoing portfolio management activities Coordinate with outside counsel, registered agents, and internal business teams Track and manage compliance obligations, filings, and deadlines Identify and implement improvements to legal processes and workflows Qualifications 4+ years of paralegal experience , ideally within a law firm, private equity, or investment environment Deep experience with entity formation and corporate governance is required Familiarity with complex organizational structures and multi-entity portfolios Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment Proficiency with legal systems, entity management platforms, and Microsoft Office Work Environment Hybrid model: 4 days in‑office, 1 day remote Collaborative, team‑oriented culture with exposure to senior leadership Competitive compensation and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
