Some of your Benefits Paid Holidays Vacation Sustainability & Social Commitment On-Site Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Lean Engineering, or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) Proficiency in Lean methodologies (VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, 5S, etc.) Strong understanding of problem‑solving tools and quality methods (FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.) Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and drive action Competency in Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar data analysis tools Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach. Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
