We need someone with 4+ years of construction defect experience. We are looking to hire ASAP.Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Direct message the job poster from Ascendion.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to review case strategyPrepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courtsArgue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courtsTrial preparation includes review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional mattersSelection of witnesses and exhibitsPreparation of written outline for examination of witnessesQualifications4+ years of construction defect experience3+ years of construction litigation experienceMust have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excelAdmitted to practice in the State of FloridaCompensationThe annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k.
