As a key member of our laboratory team, you will: Perform complex chemical analysis on raw ingredients, intermediates, beverage parts, final products, auxiliary materials, and water. Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, ensuring they are in optimal condition through troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair. Inspect laboratory procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external certification requirements, addressing any non-conformance issues. Dispose of expired samples and chemicals safely and efficiently. Develop or validate laboratory test methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results. Conduct data audits to verify the accuracy of data and analytical processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent work experience. Advanced analytical chemistry skills, including expertise in techniques such as LC, LC/MS, and MS. General knowledge of the organic chemistry of essential oils and flavor compounds. Experience with instrumentation and laboratory equipment maintenance. Preferences: Knowledge of data in the Formula Management System and proficiency in entering and generating reports. Understanding of inorganic substances and their properties, especially those used in Company products. Open to fresh graduates with a strong foundation in chemistry.
