Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day logistics and inventory functions. Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Load/unload flatbed trucks, trailers, van body trailers, and reefer trailers. Maintain organized inventory. Prepare and verify pick and pack orders according to work orders and schedules. Follow all aspects of SOPs to ensure work is being done accurately and efficiently. Assist with and implement process improvements. Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements. Work closely with other departments to process and ship orders on time. Produce, verify, and track certification for material, hardware, and galvanizing. Create supporting documents for truckload (TL) and less than truckload (LTL) shipments using Epicor and Fed‑Ex systems. Document loads using handheld cameras and load sheets. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of manufacturing experience (heavy machinery preferred). 1 year of shipping and receiving experience. 1 year of basic data entry into an ERP computer data entry system. High school diploma or equivalent. Technical Requirements Forklift certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Physical Requirements Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Ability to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and understand safety protocols. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day and walk for extended periods. Ability to work in a dynamic, non‑climate controlled facility with temperature fluctuations.
