About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Contracts to spearhead the growth of its contract and design-build business in the New England region. This executive role is pivotal in leading and expanding the company's presence in the market, with a focus on protecting and growing an established regional business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales and project professionals, driving new business development with various stakeholders, and partnering with executive leadership on regional strategy and growth planning. Applicants for the Vice President of Contracts position at the company should have a strong background in foodservice equipment contract sales, preferably with a dealer, and hold a senior leadership or VP-level role. The role requires an individual with an established network and book of business in the New England market, a proven track record of strategic leadership, and the ability to win large-scale projects. Executive presence is essential, as the role involves representing the business with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of setting and achieving performance metrics, and will be instrumental in the long-term success and succession of the company's contracts organization.
