Escrow Officer | Title & Escrow Closing Experience Required | Kingwood, Texas | $60,000 — $80,000 | Full Time

If you have been closing real estate transactions for a few years and you have built relationships with agents, lenders and real estate professionals along the way, there is an opportunity in Kingwood, Texas that puts those relationships to work for you.

You will be embedded inside a real estate office with direct access to producing agents. That means no cold starting. The pipeline is there. Your job is to deliver closings so clean and so smooth that every agent in that office wants to send their next deal to you.

You will manage residential and commercial title transactions from opening through funding and closing, resolve title defects, prepare closing documents, coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents and lenders and conduct proactive outreach to grow and retain referral business.

What you need to bring:

• 3 or more years of title and escrow officer or settlement agent experience
• Established book of business or existing relationships with realtors, lenders or real estate professionals
• Strong knowledge of the complete real estate closing process from opening through recording
• Experience reviewing title commitments and resolving title issues
• Certified Notary Public required
• Licensed Title Insurance Agent preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Experience with title and escrow software
• Commercial title and closing experience is a plus
