THE WORK

• Run your own family law docket from day one
• Primary focus on custody and child-related matters: SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement, high-conflict custody. Divorce and post-decree work in the mix.
• We are a trial firm, not a settlement shop. Take cases through final orders.
• Multiple board-certified paralegals on staff
• Autonomy and real ownership. You drive your cases and your clients.
• Room to grow into leadership as the firm scales
• Visibility through the firm's platform if you want to build your own profile alongside ours

THE NUMBERS

• $160,000 to $185,000 base depending on experience and book
• 1,450 billable hour requirement
• Quarterly performance bonus, plus referral, conversion, and origination bonus opportunities
• 401(k) with company match
• Unlimited PTO after a 90-day probation period, plus firm holidays
• BCBS medical, dental, vision, life insurance
• CLE reimbursement plus lodging for Advanced Family Law in San Antonio
• Annual Bar and Board-Certification dues reimbursed

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5 to 8 years actively practicing Texas family law
• Trial experience, including cases you've taken through final orders
• Custody work is what we do most. You need to want this work, not just tolerate it.
• Genuine care for clients, most of whom are mothers navigating one of the hardest moments of their lives
• Steadiness and client control in high-conflict cases
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
