Founders Table, owner of Chopt Creative Salad Company, is looking to bring on a part-time AP Clerk for their Rye Brook, NY based accounting department. Please note: this is an in-office position and will require work in our Rye Brook, NY office Monday- Wednesday, 8-5.


Responsibilities include:


• Review and process all emails in the AP mailbox


• Complete weekly/monthly vendor account reconciliations • Contact Vendors for Statements • Contact Vendors for Additional Information to register


• Maintain Xtrachef portal • Invoice Allocation to Location • Monitor Approvals and Reconciliation • Review Invoices for Processing • Update the Exception records • Mapping uploaded invoices


• Upload/Create invoices and CM's in databases to ensure that information accuracy • Map Items to GL Accounts in Restaurant 365 • Maintain Vendor information


• Assist with other accounting projects Requirements include:


• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices


• Great attention to detail


• Excellent organizing abilities


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. R365)


• AAS in accounting, finance or relevant field


• 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant business/industry Pay: $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
